Hello everyone, next to crafting my favoutrite thing to do is cook so I would love to join in by posting some of my recipes I do. My first is one I take to work with me often, quick and easybut very tasty.
TABOULEH
1/2 cup couscous(cooked)
(1/2C make 1 cup just like rice)
Olive oil
1Clove Garlic
1tbsp Mint
fresh parsley
2 green onions
1/2Yellow pepper(chopped)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 large tomato(chopped and seeded)
Add all ingredients together and refridgerate for at least 2 hours.
I usually add whatever I fancy at the time but this is my basic. You can serve it on a bed of lettuce but I eat it usually with a flat bread.
I have a recipe section on my blog if you want to check it out..
