onion chopped

5 cloves or crushed garlic

3 bayleaves

italian seasoning

pepper sauce ( option if you want it spicy)

salt and pepper to taste.

green peppers cut in large chunks for flavour.

In a stock pot add oil and your onions and italian spice.. cook to sweat the onions

add your sauceages, cook for about 5 minutes

add your tomato sauce

add your crushed garlic, bayleaves, green peppers

hot sauce, salt.

cook covered on medium low heat , stirring occasionally..

simmer for 2 hours.

You also have the option once you fry up your sauceages to put them in a slow cooker with the other

ingredients and slow cook for a 5-6 hours.. the sauceages will melt in your mouth.
